Prepaid Subscriptions Prepaid subscriptions (3-month and 6-month) are non-refundable as a complete order, but you may cancel future renewals anytime. If you're unsatisfied with your prepaid order, contact us within 30 days and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
