Processing Time Orders placed before 12pm PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm PST ship the next business day.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days (cost calculated at checkout)

Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location.

Tracking You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged or Missing Items Contact support@drinknovi.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
